Industrial operations practical limitations and production strategies are always part of our input when working with clients forming a better future. Our experience in green steelmaking dates back all the way to 2016 when we participated in the well-known HYBRIT project in Sweden. A project that was the starting point that transformed the steel business from a hard-to-abate sector to one of the most progessive industrial sectors.
Our vast experience in operations and producton also gives us the opportunity to assist with more traditional tasks like process and production strategies, bottleneck trouble shooting, or implementation of LEAN processing strategies. This to ensure that today's operations function excellent, before starting to migrate to the future.
